Delivery, Return & Cancellation policy

Zustdealwill ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement. Product will be deliver within 10 working days after receiving the payment from the customer sides.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

At this point, Zustdeal delivers products only within India

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 15 days of the receipt of item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

Cancellation Policy

If customer will cancel the order before shipment, then the order will be cancel with in 24 hours and the amount will be full refund by any payment mode received from customer

Any damaged product will be reviewed within 3 days and in damage case product will be replace within 7 working days.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items

  • Fine jewelry products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery,
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return th free gift.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable   courier     service.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed a maximum of 200 Zustdeal credits towards shipping costs, if self-shipped.   This is subject to your return having met the      requirements of this Policy
